Okay Rog, it's your board after all. Nikes in my area are running (no pun intended) anywhere from $40 and up. Chuck Taylor's are around $30. Course everything is subject to the consumer doing his homework. I picked up some Nike's for $28, but I think they're last years model. Oh well. Course living in the rural setting I do, they only really need to carry me to the car so I can actually get somewhere. Which gas at our local station is now $2.58. Is it possible that we'll actually go under $2.50? Stay tuned.

HEY YA BASTAD!!! How are ya Sporty, Its good to hear from ya. Thanks for the update, I upgraded my old New Balance shoes for a low milage pair of Nikes, Meanwhile Gas prices here in the cornfield have dropped to $2.49 and there is rumors that it may get as low as $2.25

Not tryin' to one up ya Rog, but the prices here are $2.38 today. I think they just trying to sucker us into buying gas guzzlers again so they can make another couple billion dollars profit!
Other than that, its been pretty slow here on the mountaintop. But sometimes slow is good.

Gas over in Jasper Mo. Has Dropped to ...$1.99 a gallon.
Here in the cornfield is still $2.47

here in indpls,in $2.23 a gallon but down the road some at 2.10.and it was about 40cents higher in chitown this am.
